LOS ANGELES - An Iranian man suing an Armenian bone marrow bank for rejecting his blood donation can sue under the state's civil rights act, the 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled Thursday.
In the unpublished ruling, the three-justice panel rejected the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry's claim that by refusing Parviz Shahnavaz Khan's blood donation, they were declining to accept a gift.
