Limit on Abortion Clinic Injunction Rules

SAN FRANCISCO - Injunctions aren't one size fits all. In a just-published ruling, a state appellate court has ruled that an injunction restricting protest activity outside an abortion clinic by certain activists does not automatically apply to all protesters.
