Cops' Motions Stress Constitution

SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers for four of five San Francisco police officers charged with obstruction of justice launched their attack on the indictment Monday, filing motions to dismiss on the ground that the irregularities in grand jury proceedings violated their clients' due process rights.
