Measure Would Needlessly Complicate Custody Matters

Sheila Kuehl, D-L.A., is busy once again figuring out ways to further clog our family law system with statutes that unnecessarily complicate our family law system. Her latest project involves muddying the waters of custody litigation by trying to direct judges on how to deal with the complicated issue of custody and domestic violence.
