Fresh off multimillion-dollar victories in Florida, Arkansas and Mississippi, the plaintiffs' lawyers of Wilkes & McHugh flew their jets to California to garner more verdicts against the nursing home industry. The arrival of these self-proclaimed crusaders for the elderly has not been welcomed by all.
