Judiciary Chair Sticks to Party Line on Papers
WASHINGTON - In a letter citing law and precedents, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday sided with the White House on which documents to make public from Supreme Court nominee John G. Roberts Jr.'s stint in the solicitor general's office.
