Spreading the Wealth

By David A. Lash When adjusted for inflation, Los Angeles' janitors are earning less than they did 15 years ago. Things seem to be going backward. That is not always a criticism nor always a bad development. In this case, although disappointing, those numbers may actually spur some action on behalf of the poor, which is never a bad development.
