As the baby boom generation ages and the number of older lawyers increases, a new State Bar panel has begun exploring what the bar could do to help those lawyers and to protect the public from them.
Early ideas under discussion include pairing seniors as mentors with young lawyers and imposing extra continuing education requirements on lawyers past a certain age, according to committee members....
