Wall Street Lost Sight of Y2K's Impact

If I had to write a book chronicling the years 2000 and 2001, I'd title it, "How the Y2K Bug Bit Wall Street." The unprecedented ups and downs during the past 12 months in the heavily technology-weighted NASDAQ have been mind-boggling to many investors.
