Detainee Lawyers Head for Hill

Congress last year suspended habeas corpus rights for suspected terrorists detainted at Guantanamo Bay. Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has twice declined to address legal challenges, lawyers for detainees are looking to Congress to restore habeas rights.
