Gay Couple Can Sue Internet Adoption Agency

An Arizona-based Internet adoption agency says it cannot be forced to provide services to gay couples. But a California federal judge has allowed a trial to go forward on allegations that Adoption.com is violating anti-discrimination laws.

      An Arizona-based Internet adoption agency that refused a California gay couple's application can be sued for discrimination even though it has no offices or staff in the state, a federal judge has ruled.
