Supreme Court Extends Remedy For the Elderly

SAN FRANCISCO - In an important ruling for the elderly, the California Supreme Court held Thursday that nursing homes that recklessly neglect elderly residents can be forced to pay damages for pain and suffering as well as attorney fees to the injured party.
