No Escaping High Insurance Costs

In a survey conducted by the California Apartment Association, the members' No. 1 concern was the increase in insurance premiums, according to Cory Koehler, deputy director for the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley.

Insurance costs have risen between 150 percent and 200 percent in the last two years, Koehler said.
