Kuhl's Critic Distorted Jurist's Words

On Nov. 12, professor Catherine Fisk argued that the Senate should not confirm the president's nomination of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carolyn B. Kuhl to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Fisk's article ("Senate Must Reject Nominee Who Blatantly Distorts Truth," Forum) was an unfair and inaccurate attempt to assassinate the character of an outstanding judge.
