Pregnancy Leave Ruling Merits Review

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to review a California case to decide whether AT&T Corp. violated federal civil rights law by providing reduced retirement benefits to women who took pregnancy leave in the late 1960s and 1970s.
