Top Court to Review Suit Against Justice Officials

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to decide whether former Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director Robert Mueller can be sued for alleged abuses against a Pakistani Muslim arrested and detained in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
