Dogma Underlies All Decisions

Many lawyers believe that moral neutrality is required by all lawyers all the time and that we may never enforce our moral views in our practice. Although this may sound arrogant and intolerant, the truth of the matter is that there is no such thing as moral neutrality; everyone forces his or her moral viewpoints.
