Disputed Garcia Estate Stays in Probate Court

SAN FRANCISCO - The legal battle over who will get five of Jerry Garcia's celebrated guitars will stay in probate court, says a Marin County judge who will now consider arguments by Grateful Dead Productions that claims made by a guitar-maker named in Garcia's will are too late.
