Like all good citizens of the bar, I take seriously my obligation to spend an hour a month learning that things like malpractice, malfeasance, nonfeasance, disfeasance, showing up drunk at work, using clients' funds to finance vacations, etc., are frowned on. And unfortunately, since I am now in-house and no longer privy to weekly in-firm seminars, I am relegated to attending continuing education presentations given by outside providers, along with other, firmless shlubs.
