Country's Top Mediator Will Return Home to Morgan Lewis

After serving 21/2 years as the nation's highest-ranking mediator, Peter Hurtgen rejoined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on Jan. 3. He resigned from his post as director of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service on Dec. 13, citing "personal reasons" for his departure.
