Justice Requires Judges to Put Bill of Rights Before Beliefs of Most People
Forum Column - By David Lash - The Bill of Rights is basically an anti-democratic document. And for that reason, it has done more to protect the interests of the voiceless and downtrodden than has anything else in the history of world government. At its core, the United States is a country governed not so much by a vote of the people but by the Constitution.
