Archdiocese Asks Court to Seal Depositions

LOS ANGELES - Six days after Cardinal Roger Mahony's sworn statements prompted calls for perjury charges against the prelate, the Los Angeles Roman Catholic Archdiocese asked a judge Wednesday to seal all upcoming depositions in the clergy abuse litigation.
