Garment Suit Settles

LOS ANGELES - Garment workers ended a lawsuit and a three-year boycott of Forever 21 Inc. Tuesday with an out-of-court settlement in which the retailer admitted no wrongdoing and promised to try to end sweatshop conditions.


LOS ANGELES - Garment workers ended a lawsuit and a three-year boycott of Forever 21 Inc. Tuesday with an out-of-court settlement in which the retailer admitted no wrongdoing and promised to try to end sweatshop conditions.
        Neither side would say whether money changed hands. Forever 21 did agree to drop a defamation lawsuit against garment workers who carried on the boycott.
