Panel OKs Wobbler Sentence Enhancement

Proposition 21, the measure passed by voters to toughen sentences, is tough, all right. The measure can add years to a sentence - even if the law violated is a wobbler and could have been charged as either a misdemeanor or felony, a state appellate court ruled Tuesday.
