Today, opponents of same-sex marriage are making their fourth trip to the state Supreme Court, but this time what's at stake is their right to be in court at all.
A federal judge last year struck down a 2008 ballot measure outlawing same-sex marriage in the state, and state officials chose not to appeal, agreeing that the ban is unconstitutional.
