UPS Settles Suit With Deaf for $10 Million

OAKLAND - United Parcel Service Inc. will pay $10 million to settle a disabilities-rights class action brought by deaf employees who claimed the world's largest package delivery company failed to provide them with equal access to company facilities and advancement opportunities.
