Lawyer Won Right to Videotape From TV

LOS ANGELES - Without Dean C. Dunlavey, videotaping copyright movies and programs on television may not have become legal back in 1984. The Los Angeles trial lawyer, who successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that the public has the right to videotape television shows, has died. He was 77.
