Senate OKs L.A. Attorney to 9th Circuit
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Senate on Monday confirmed Los Angeles environmental attorney Sandra Segal Ikuta to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by unanimous consent.
