Swift Real Estate Partners acquired the Hewlett-Packard campus at 16399 West Bernardo Drive in Rancho Bernardo for an undisclosed sum, the firm announced Tuesday.
The property, which comprises seven research & development buildings and one Class A office building, totals 782,211 square feet on 67.5 acres.
HP Inc. sold the property and will lease back 79 percent of the campus. It has owned and occupied the campus since the first building was constructed in 1970.
