SAN FRANCISCO - Maliciously planted trees make spiteful fences, which make not-so-good neighbors. Or so says a Siskiyou County judge who has ordered a row of evergreens to be trimmed to a maximum height of 10 feet to protect a neighbor's view of Mt. Shasta.
