Good Areas for Ownership

While New Jersey's largest city hardly seems an obvious choice, it ranks among the top-five markets where the cost of a monthly mortgage payment on a single-family home far exceeds the monthly rent for an apartment, according to a study by LaSalle Investment Management Securities, a Baltimore-based investment adviser.
