WASHINGTON - In a case pitting lingerie maker Victoria's Secret against a Kentucky sex shop called Victor's Little Secret, a sharply split Supreme Court on Tuesday indicated that it will require the holders of trademarks to prove some economic injury to win an injunction against another company's use of a similar name.
