For 15 years, the Irvine-based real estate investment firm Sperry Van Ness has sponsored free forums at which its own brokers as well as those from other firms could gather to talk about their properties for sale. Sperry Van Ness holds 100 of these forums, which include lunch or hors d'oeuvres, throughout the state each year.
