Gray Davis will do with AB1715, one of the most controversial bills to hit the employment-law scene this legislative session. AB1715 would prohibit an employer from requiring an employee to agree to arbitrate claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code Section 12900 et seq.) as a condition of employment or continued employment.
