Former Ernst & Young Partner Allegedly Altered Work Papers
SAN FRANCISCO - Federal prosecutors used the cooperation of a colleague to criminally charge a former partner at Ernst & Young on Thursday with obstructing federal investigations and document destruction in an audit of a now-bankrupt credit card company.
