A lone blue-and-yellow transit bus passes a handful of "Coming Soon" real estate signs on empty lots, before dropping off a passenger at the corner of Arena Boulevard and Truxel Road in North Natomas.
The signs reflect the growth potential surrounding a plan first drafted in the early 1980s to build a multimillion-dollar light rail line that would connect the rapidly growing Sacramento suburbs of North and South Natomas....
