Court Assures Rent Flexibility for Disabled

SAN FRANCISCO - In a significant victory for the disabled, including people with AIDS, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday that disabled people must be granted an accommodation in paying their rent when their income stream diminishes.
