Judges Shouldn't Issue Gag Orders to Control High-Profile Cases
Forum Column - By Erwin Chemerinsky - The judge in the molestation case against Michael Jackson has imposed a broad gag order preventing the lawyers and parties from speaking to the press about anything related to the case. An almost identical gag order is in place in the murder trial of Scott Peterson.
