Panel Tosses Case of Electrocuted Cows

Were this an episode of "The People's Court," a lawsuit involving electrocuted Utah cows might be called "The Case of the Grounded Beef." The 2nd District Court of Appeal, however, prefers the more common Luth v. Department of Water and Power, B171297 (Cal. App. 2nd Dist. June 2, 2004). And in a unanimous opinion, the appellate court tossed the suit, ruling the case should have been filed in the Beehive State.
