'District Attorney': Not for Unmedicated

Forum Column - By Charles L. Lindner - ABC's latest contribution to crime drama, "The District Attorney," premiered at 10 p.m. Friday. It is set in the Los Angeles district attorney's office. The show is good, in that it employs actors whose career opportunities would otherwise be limited. Everything else is bad, and bad on so many levels that it ranges from the infrared to the ultraviolet of "badness."
