Lawyer faces suspension for secretly videotaping in public restrooms

A State Bar Court judge has recommended that an Encino attorney convicted of secretly filming customers using restrooms at two Los Angeles Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores be suspended from practicing for one year.
