The federal courts' strong pro-arbitration policy withstood another challenge invoking state laws, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel held Monday in a decision out of Montana that appeared to end a class action by Internet users suing over targeted advertising.
It again put state consumer laws on the losing side.
