LOS ANGELES - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and Bryan A. Garner, a professor and legal lexicographer, drew a buzzing crowd to the downtown Millennium Biltmore Hotel last week as part of a California tour promoting their recently published book on textualism.
