Distribution Company Leases 112,000-Square-Foot Facility
Hitachi Transport System (America) Ltd., the largest warehousing, logistics and distribution company in the Otay Mesa region, signed a five-year lease for 112,000 square feet of industrial, distribution and office space in Siempre Viva Business Park, 8863 Siempre Viva Road,. The company occupied the warehouse in early August; the office portion of the building will be completed before the end of the year.
