Judge Dismisses DVD Subscribers' Case

A federal judge rejected the claims of Blockbuster Inc. online DVD subscribers who claimed a deal between Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Netflix Inc. caused them to pay higher prices.

OAKLAND - A U.S. judge has rejected claims by Blockbuster Inc. online DVD subscribers that an allegedly unlawful market-allocation agreement between Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Netflix Inc. caused them to pay higher prices.
