Proposed Rules of Professional Conduct: Impact on Internal Investigations by In-House Counsel

On July 24, 2010 and Sept. 22, 2010, the Commission for Revision of Rules of Professional Conduct (CRRPC) provided the State Board of Governors with its final recommendations on 67 proposed new and amended rules, which were adopted by the Board.
