Judge Tosses Suit Over Teaching Islam

Educating 12-year-old students about Islam by requiring them to recite a line from a Muslim prayer and to play a board game that referred to certain beliefs as "truth" or "fact" did not amount to an unconstitutional endorsement of religion, according to a recent decision by a San Francisco federal judge.
