Sexual Stereotypes Can Serve as Evidence of Workplace Bias

Citadel Broadcasting Co., 2003 DJDAR 13006 (9th Cir. Dec. 2, 2003). Stegall advised trial courts to examine the record for sexual stereotyping that may not appear to be - but, in fact, is - gender-biased.
