Joseph C. Scott, San Mateo County's assistant presiding judge, was charged this week with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence.
Scott, appointed by Gov. Gray Davis in 2003, was arrested May 24 in Redwood City after police officers saw him weaving on Highway 101, prosecutors said. Scott had a 0.12 blood alcohol content, according to prosecutors. California's legal limit is 0.0...
