Court Denies Elderly Man Right to Sue L.A.

LOS ANGELES - An elderly man mistaken for a burglary suspect, forced from his car by police at gunpoint, then handcuffed and taken to a crime scene cannot sue the city of Los Angeles for violating his Fourth Amendment rights, a federal appeals court said Friday in a 2-1 vote.
